David is a property lawyer with more than ten years experience of both residential and commercial property transactions. He trained with a Legal 500 firm and worked for a prominent national firm before joining Lloyd & Associates LLP in January 2007.

David deals with all manner of property transactions ranging from residential sale and purchase transactions for both UK and overseas clients to more involved and complex commercial ventures including acquisition and disposals of SMEs, business leases and commercial funding.
