Philip is a Commercial and Civil litigator with almost 30 years of trial experience. Although born in England, Philip trained as a Barrister and Solicitor in Western Australia where he operated his own law firm for 18 years. He has conducted several hundred civil trials during his career in various areas of law including Contractual and Commercial disputes, Personal Injury claims, Landlord and Tenant matters, Property disputes and Building and Construction claims.

Philip is a member of the LLP and a partner of the firm.
