The firm acts for a large number of clients in respect of professional negligence claims with a particular emphasis on representing general practitioners and surgeons.

In 2004 the firm was instrumental in successfully appealing a decision of the General Medical Council the first successful appeal of its kind to the High Court at that time and which has now established a precedent in respect of overturning a finding of serious professional misconduct against a General Practitioner.
